Job Purpose

The CS&SC Reporting SME will be responsible for deeply understanding the end-to-end reporting requirements for CS&SC functions, ensuring alignment with the overarching reporting framework defined by the CS&SC Reporting Requirement Lead. This role requires close collaboration with process owners, deployment teams, and BI leads to translate business needs into actionable reporting specifications that align with the global SAP S/4HANA and EWM transformation at CCEP. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end reporting needs and a deep appreciation of governance, data integrity, and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Requirements & Alignment

•    Partner with business owners to gather E2E reporting requirements aligned to S/4HANA and EWM future-state processes. 

•    Document and translate business requirements into clear reporting specifications, ensuring they reflect global template, reporting standards and governance principles.

Reporting Solution Development

•    Assist in designing reports, dashboards, and KPIs in SAP-native tools (e.g., Fiori apps) and enterprise data platforms.

•    Ensure that reporting solutions are integrated with SAP S4HANA and EWM data structures, leveraging standard reporting capabilities where possible.

•    Support data model alignment and cleansing activities to enable consistent, harmonized reporting.

Deployment Support

•    Contribute to deployment readiness activities, including data validation, UAT and go-live preparations for reporting solutions, ensuring reports meet accuracy, usability, and performance expectations.

 Standardization & Automation

•    Support initiatives to replace manual reporting with automated, harmonized solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency. Maintain alignment with enterprise reporting standards and governance.Agile Ways of Working

•    Participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

•    Track progress against reporting deliverables and escalate risks or blockers to the CS&SC Reporting Requirement Lead. 

Governance & Standards

•    Ensure all reporting solutions adhere to global governance standards, including consistent KPI definitions, naming conventions, and security protocols.

•    Maintain a repository of approved metrics, data definitions, and reporting templates.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

•    Monitor reporting performance and capture user feedback for enhancements.

•    Implement continuous improvement opportunities based on user feedback and system insights.

Requirements:

•    Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems. 

•    5-7 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in a multinational organization or a Shared Services Centre

•    Experience with reporting and analytics in SAP environments (S/4HANA, EWM, or ECC).

•    Strong skills in data analysis, KPI definition, and dashboard/report development.

•    Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work across business and technical teams.

•    Knowledge of supply chain and/or customer service processes

•    Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving project environments
