Manager, Operational Excellence P&C

Job Purpose

The People Services - Operational Excellence (OE) Team is committed to empowering our teams to drive improvement and delivering more harmonized, aligned and automated processes.

This role is focused on driving efficient and effective service delivery as we look to deliver on our ambition to become world-class-service organization.

Key Responsibilities 
1.    Build a culture of operational excellence within People Services to empower people to drive improvement & accelerate performance. 
2.    Champion the development and implementation of operational excellence tools and techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of People & Culture processes. 
3.    Coach and mentor our operational excellence champions within People & Culture.
4.    Adopted a data driven approach to identifying process improvement opportunities across People & Culture. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our function by interrogating key business metrics.
5.    Partner with the Digital Experience and Demand team to automate manually executed, repetitive processes, that cannot be further simplified or be automated within system of record. 
6.    Work with People & Culture teams to develop, lead and support the implementation of customer focused high impact cost saving initiatives.
7.    Provide change management leadership to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels.

Operational Excellence teams across CCEP (Finance, Supply Chain)
Business Process and Technology (BPT)

Experience preferred

  • Process improvement experience
  • Knowledge of People & Culture Operations
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting data in order to derive relevant insights to support business decisions
  • English language skills

Qualifications required
Degree educated in relevant subject or equivalent experience (Technology and Innovation, Operational Excellence, Data and Analytics).

Functional technical skills required 
•    Operational excellence: The ability to optimise operational processes and allow the workforce to maximise productivity.
•    Data analytics & business insights: data mining; root cause analysis; regression analysis to uncover trends in how the processes are performing.
•    P&C operations: Strong understanding of P&C Service Delivery and process model.
•    Digital mindset: Responsive attitude towards the benefits that digital technologies can bring to people, processes, and the business; eliminating technology boundaries. Being a digital ambassador – driving the digital mind-set throughout People & Culture.
•    Coaching: Being able to support learning and development of OE tools and techniques to enhance skills and capabilities of members within the P&C function.
•    Project and change management.
