The People Services team has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Instructional Design to lead the Instructional Design team. The role will lead the design, development and maintenance of high quality learning content for a rapidly growing portfolio of modules in the Academy, working closely with SME’s, Capability leads and external vendors.

Candidates should have demonstrated knowledge and practical experience of the design and development cycle of learning. They will need to be quality oriented, have a good eye for design and customer facing and consultancy skills.

The role will report into the L&D Services Europe Lead, and be focused enterprise wide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP, HR Strategy & Operations to develop a strategic approach to technology-enhanced learning
  • Consult and collaborate with L&D, HRBPs, SME’s and other CoE team members to translate identified opportunities into learning and skill building solutions and recommend the most appropriate means of delivery CCEP wide
  • Utilise rapid development best practice to design and create visually engaging / appropriate learning interventions
  • Actively identify enhancements for existing offerings – this may include adding new features to improve learner experience
  • Develop solutions to agreed time, cost and performance measurements
  • Maintain quality assurance and evaluation processes to ensure that all learning hosted on the Academy meets current business requirements and are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain current, up-to-date and in line with brand and design guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with HRIS team to ensure all materials are thoroughly tested and accessible via appropriate devices prior to launch following established testing processes and guidelines
  • Stay current with latest learning theories, instructional design approaches, trends and technologies and recommend new tools/software as appropriate
  • Provide progress updates on Instructional Design and learning activities through briefings and reports
  • Undertake other project work as identified & support CCEP wide initiatives as required
  • Develop and manage relationships with CCEP approved suppliers and partners
  • Forecast and manage annual ID budget, to include software upgrades and subscriptions
  • Vendor management

Experience required:

  • A personal passion for an engaging learner experience is essential
  • A demonstrable experience in delivering learning design, with knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles
  • Exceptional stakeholder management / client facing skills
  • Proven experience in working collaboratively across multiple locations to deliver globally relevant learning solutions
  • Knowledge of authoring tools is essential: Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Elucidat, PageTiger
  • Experience in using creative packages for graphics (Photoshop) and animation (GoAnimate) is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, proof reading and editing skills
  • Ability to project manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines and to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated & the drive to influence others in order to execute plans / activities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English - Additional language(s) considered a plus
  • Experience working with SCORM and learning management systems considered a plus
