Job Purpose
Тhe Manager NPI E-Commerce Data Exchange is responsible for managing the End-to-End data exchange process delivery with external customers and partners related to e-commerce in CCEP territories. S/he will own the E2E process regarding this area and will be the main contact with external stakeholders including customer representatives. The purpose of the e-commerce data exchange is to support Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Consumer (B2C) requirements as well as any relevant reporting system data needs. This involves being able to understand the business needs of the different business areas and the data elements required by customers, due to commercial or legal reasons and to support these needs via providing analytical and business SME expertise services. Exchange is mainly electronic but not solely.
Key Responsibilities
• Supplies advice and acts as a business SME towards all innovation & Supply Chain initiatives to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Leads the delivery of relevant B2B and B2C e-commerce data exchange processes through multiple systems, interfaces, GDSN connections, files or e-mails with focus on adding extra value for stakeholders
• Ensures process service delivery is provided in the most efficient, flexible and agile way.
• Leads to resolution innovation/e-commerce process & data related escalations as well as coordinates communication with senior management, TCCC or external partners or service providers as relevant
• Ensures that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
• Produces and leads action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded
• Leads assessment of new business requirements towards existing NPI processes
• Ensures that physical sample checks done on CCEP products by external partners (Brandbank etc) meets 100% data compliance between systems & SKUs parameters.
• Support/drives SAP, PIM and other technical/business initiatives through data migration
• Ensure to meet business requirements as well as CCEP governance standards on time.

External: External vendors/suppliers
Experience required
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience with a minimum of 2 year on a process & data management role in a multinational organization and/or SSC;
• Strong experience of managing and analyzing data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment.
• Strong business knowledge in supply chain, logistic and commercial processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other enabling technologies
Language Capability & expert level
Essential: English + other CCEP language
Education & Qualifications required
• University Degree or equivalent preferred
• Advanced VBA expertise. ABAP is an advantage. MS Access and SQL knowledge is a strong advantage
• Deep Knowledge and understanding of SAP/Hana/MDG is required
