Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TPDD data analytics. For TPDD, the successful candidate will play a key role in the design, execution, and continuous improvement of CCEP’s Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) programme by exercising expert judgement over data driven risk assessments, screening outcomes, and risk mitigation decisions.
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for TPDD data, analytics, and technology, the role determines appropriate, risk based mitigation measures on a case by case basis, drives automation and adjudication within screening workflows, and advises on how TPDD processes should be embedded into existing business processes.
The role supports compliance with regulations such as Sanctions, Anti Bribery & Corruption, and Anti Money Laundering by enabling defensible, proportionate, and effective risk decisions, while delivering analytical assessments for programme oversight, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement to protect the company’s reputation for trust and integrity.
Once the TPDD Programme and related processes are established and operational, the data analytics role will broaden the skillset through support to the Fraud Programme, see attached Job Description, and vice versa (Fraud data analytics role to broaden the skillset through support to the TPDD Programme).
Key Responsibilities
1) TPDD platform implementation and 2) Data Management
1. TPDD Platform Expertise (in support of Programme Delivery)
Provide subject matter expertise to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the TPDD platform in coordination with the TPDD Programme Manager, exercising judgement over screening logic, data flows, and adjudication settings
2. Automation & Adjudication Expertise
Apply expert judgement to the design and tuning of automation and AI enabled adjudication within TPDD workflows, advising on approaches to reduce false positives and identify potential false negatives while remaining aligned with regulatory expectations
3. Vendor & Technical Advisory Support
Act as technical point of contact with TPDD tool vendor(s) and internal with BPT, advising the TPDD Programme Manager on system enhancements, integration options, and data related implications of proposed changes
4. TPDD Data Governance & Structuring
Own the quality, structure, and governance of TPDD data, determining appropriate data standards, validation rules, and categorisation of third party data to support consistent and defensible risk assessments
5. Risk Monitoring & Analysis
Design and maintain TPDD dashboards and KPIs, interpreting trends and insights to support escalation analysis and provide analytical input into programme discussions and improvement initiatives.
6. TPDD Escalation
Perform root cause analysis for TPDD escalations, applying professional judgement to assess underlying data, system, or process drivers on a case by case basis and recommending risk appropriate mitigation measures for consideration by the TPDD Programme Manager and relevant stakeholders
7. Process Integration
Advise on how TPDD requirements and controls can be embedded into existing processes as procurement -, and finance processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies and proposing data driven improvements

Internal: Legal (as Corporate Integrity, Corporate Legal, Company Secretary, Local and Function Legal teams, Enterprise Risk Management, Data Privacy, Legal Ops), Finance (as Procurement, ISS, Internal Control, Tax), P&C (as HR IS), BPT and PACS
External: external tool providers
Experience preferred
• Strong data analytics and visualization experience.
• Familiarity with compliance screening tools and workflows.
• Experience with automation and AI in data processes.
• Ability to translate compliance requirements into data models.
Qualifications required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Compliance, or related field.
• Experience in regulatory compliance (e.g. Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, AML, Antitrust, Fraud, Data Privacy) and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
