Job Purpose
The role of the Learning & Development (L&D) Services team at CCEP is to provide support to the internal client, L&D team, comprising L&D Professionals, L&D Managers, L&D Senior Managers, and Associate Directors with planning, scheduling, arranging logistics for trainings and courses and reporting on training interventions. L&D Administrators also take part in ad-hoc projects and implement process improvements to optimize the employee learning experience.

Key Responsibilities 

•    Work with L&D colleagues to organise and schedule formal training interventions in accordance with the organisation development plan/LNA and L&D processes

•    Independent administration of trainings after discussion with sponsor regarding scope service incl. participants support, SAP PtP order, input SuccessFactors LMS, calculation of costs, follow up activities (feedback check, participants check, handling of  invoices and rebooking via SAP FI)

•    Organise logistics for training sessions (reserve rooms/inform trainer/security/ catering)

•    Recording of all training conducted and updating of associated documentation

•    Date and contract agreements with external and internal trainer, choice of place of venue incl. contract negotiations as well as support of partners (Maxment, Bridge2know).

•    Consulting of local internal trainer regarding training topics and processes including support of administration of local training as well as discussion with CoE regarding  new group requirements.

•    Support with administration / update of qualification profiles and with changes in Performance Management (set up and update of plans) as well as follow up activities from Round Table sessions

•    Support for CoE in Performance Management process (compile plans, delete, forward), advice employees and managers in handling of problems as well as support administration / update of qualification profiles

•    Administrative coordination of central programs (e.g. Führung 2020, LEAP, LIFT, AYBS) including administration/support external EDP solutions (Maxment, Bridge2Know)

•    Implement process improvements to optimize the employee learning experience

External:  Training providers, trainers


Experience required 

•    Experience in a coordination/ administrative role at least 2 years
•    Knowledge of training processes is considered an advantage

Language Capability & expert level

Essential: English + other CCEP language

Education & Qualifications required 

•    University degree in Human resources or related 

•    EDP knowledge (MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP)

•    Solid knowledge Excel (Pivot, formula)

•    Previous experience of using a Learning Management System will be an advantage
HTML- program knowledge  – basic knowledge beneficial
