ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Commercial Partnership Manager, you will partner with the business, including CCEP National and Key Account business units, through review and analysis of agreement submissions to look to optimise and influence the sustainable, profitable outcome for our business and our customers. Leveraging your commercial expertise, you'll look to influence optimal NSR and EBIT outcomes whilst mitigating risk in accordance with the company's guidelines, policy and performance metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Partner with key stakeholders to influence long-range planning strategies through commercial proposals, ensuring optimised profitability
- Commercial review and analysis of national and key account sales submissions in conjunction with sales to optimise commercial outcomes whilst identifying financial risks
- Conduct post-partnership reviews, summarising key drivers and performance outcomes to make recommendations to the business based on risks to agreement obligations.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Accounting and CAA/CPA qualifications
- Experience in commercial roles, specifically partnering with General Manager or equivalent
- Good analytical capability with proven experience in building economically sound business cases and influencing outcomes and challenging decisions appropriately using fact-based data
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts simply to build commercial awareness and understanding
- Advanced analytical thinking capability.
