We have a fabulous 12 month contract / secondment opportunity for a strategic planning leader who thrives on crossfunctional influence, long-term thinking, and driving organisational alignment. CCEP Australia is seeking a Head of S&OP to lead our integrated planning cycle and shape how we plan, prioritise, and execute across a 24month horizon.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for elevating S&OP maturity, strengthening forecast quality, and ensuring the business operates with a single, aligned plan. You’ll work at the centre of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Category, and Strategy—bringing discipline, transparency, and forward visibility to one of the most critical processes in our business.

What you’ll lead…

  • End-to-end S&OP Cycle: Own and continuously improve the fivestep cycle, ensuring a single version of the truth across volume and financial forecasts.

  • 18–24 Month Planning: Drive longterm, monetised planning and partner with Finance and Demand to pressure test assumptions and identify emerging trends.

  • Portfolio & Innovation Governance: Optimise the portfolio, strengthen Gate processes, and align on strategic priorities with Category and Commercial teams.

  • Forecast Quality: Improve accuracy, bias transparency, and performance management across Sales and Demand.

  • CrossFunctional Leadership: Influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and represent Planning at key governance forums.

  • Process & Capability Uplift: Lead continuous improvement, enhance scenario planning, and build capability across Planning and Commercial teams.

Let’s talk about you!

  • Significant experience in end-to-end S&OP leadership, demand/supply planning, commercial

planning, or integrated business planning ideally within FMCG.

  • Proven ability to lead senior cross-functional stakeholders and influence without authority.

  • Strong commercial acumen, understanding of revenue, cost, portfolio dynamics, and P&L impacts.

  • Skilled in scenario modelling, risk/opportunity framing, and strategic recommendation building.

  • Experience orchestrating complex monthly governance cycles.

  • High capability in storytelling, executive communication, and preparation of senior decision papers.

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint 

  • Exposure to systems such as SAP ECC/APO, Tableau and business forecasting tools 

  • AI experience preferred including use of Copilot
