ABOUT YOUR ROLE

The Procurement team is responsible for leveraging CCEP’s buying power in goods and services, unlocking value from the supplier base, and managing procurement. Collaborating across business functions, they lead the development and maintenance of relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contractual arrangements.

Throughout their activities, they constantly seek to identify opportunities across business units by facilitating innovation in supply and increasing procurement capability across CCEP.


An excellent career opportunity for a Procurement Category Lead with experience in Utilities, Renewable Energy Projects, Capital Expenditure or Engineering.

This role reports into the Procurement Tower Lead – Indirects (ANZ) and works closely with various business teams such as Engineering, Property, Safety, Supply Chain, and Finance. Your key to success will be the ability to formulate and implement sourcing strategies, partner with stakeholders, and negotiate successful outcomes with the supplier base.

Focused in both Capex and Utilities; this role plays a critical part in supporting CCEP’s sustainability ambitions through strategic sourcing of utilities, including renewable energy initiatives. It also plays a key role in supporting infrastructure development by leading procurement for capital investments that deliver long-term operational value.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support CCEP’s Utilities strategy across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on renewable energy initiatives and sustainability outcomes
  • Lead procurement activities for Capital Expenditure projects, partnering with Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure strategic investment and long-term value creation
  • Apply commercial acumen and deep operational understanding of the supply chain to drive value and efficiencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the supplier base
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including engineering, property, supply chain, commercial, and state logistics managers
  • Lead strategic category development and conduct high-impact negotiations internally and externally
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities across procurement and supply chain

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

You will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Procurement, ideally within the Utilities and Capital Ex categories, whether in FMCG/CPG, Retail, 3PL, Mining, Agriculture, or similar industries.

You bring a strong collaboration mindset and influencing skills to tackle challenges head-on and maximise business outcomes. Commercial acumen is essential to optimise CCEP’s end-to-end value chain, and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
