Ghent

The site in Ghent received a complete makeover in 2018 after an investment of 75 million euros. Now you'll find the fastest filling lines in the world (66,000 glass bottles and 120,000 cans per hour) that bottle more than 64 different flavours in a high-tech industrial production environment, which produces 24/7.

Chaudfontaine

Our mineral water bottling plant in Chaudfontaine has been certified as carbon neutral. This is the third CCEP site in CCEP Europe to be certified, as part of a programme that aims for at least eight sites to become carbon neutral according to the international standard PAS 2060[1] by the end of 2023.

The site has been taking action to reduce its emissions for a number of years; it has used 100% renewable electricity since 2018 and is heated by geothermic energy that uses the natural warmth of the Chaudfontaine mineral water spring to heat the buildings of the bottling facility. Fuel energy consumption has been reduced by more than 65% since 2006.

To offset the remaining emissions at Chaufontaine CCEP has purchased Gold Standard certified carbon credits from a reforestation project in Orinoco, Colombia. This carbon sequestration project will support an area of savannah that has been damaged by agricultural activity through reforestation and the restoration of its ecosystem.

Antwerp

Our site in Antwerp (Wilrijk) employs 450 people. There are 5 production lines and an average of 4500 pallets leave our site every day on about 300 trucks.
