Finance

The Finance team is the backbone of our business. They make sure everything adds up – but they’re about more than numbers and spreadsheets. The work they do helps us grow and change, find ways to contribute to our communities and take on new challenges.

Various sub-teams carry out our financial operations in detail. We manage customer relationships in Customer-to-Cash and deal with vendors in Source-to-Pay. What we do in New Product Introduction is really all in the name. It is where we support the launch of new products through financial analysis and consultation. Our Service Management is the steward on our finance shared service journey – guiding the services provided to our business units. Record-to-Report manages all our company accounts. Our Procurement drives financial excellence across various procurement categories. The Tax team provides tax advice on all tax-related matters. And Treasury supports all treasury-related activities of our business – including cash pooling balances, internal and external interest as well as bank fees.

Data Analytics, COE and Reporting

Reporting and analysis are both crucial in influencing the course of our organisation. Our teams in this are focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights to ultimately accelerate business performance.

Our Centre of Expertise provides reporting and analysis to our stakeholders, outlining what is happening within our business and the market right now, why it is happening and how we are leveraging it. The Data Insight Services team is on a journey from data to insights. Keyword: data-driven decision-making. And in Reporting, we produce timely, accurate and complete reports that monitor how our business is performing.
