Q - Do I need to attached a C.V. with my application?
A - Yes, please attach a copy of your latest C.V. in support of your application, or alternatively your LinkedIn profile.
Q - Do I need to attach a covering letter with my C.V?
A - This is not required, unless specifically requested by the Hiring Manager.
Q - How long is a role open for?
A - For internal vacancies, the role will always be advertised for a minimum of 2 weeks and you can apply anytime within this period.
Q - What happens if I miss the closing date and wish to apply?
A - Applications should be received before the closing date to ensure fair access. If there are exceptional circumstances, please discuss with the Talent Acquisition team.
Q - Do I have to inform my Line manager that I am applying for a vacancy?
A - Unless you are in Norway where this is not required, it is usual practice to inform your Line Manager before you put forward an application.
Q - Do I need an internal email address or can I upload my application from home?
A - Please apply via the internal vacancy portal from where you will be redirected to your candidate profile. Here you can check which email address is connected to your profile.
Q - Can I request feedback on my application?
A - Yes, you can request feedback on your application and can use this to support your personal development.
