We’re at our best when we’re working in an environment where everyone’s welcome to be themselves, be valued and belong at CCEP, and these are the three pillars of our internal allyship programme, JustBe.
Our active, employee-led community of over 200 ambassadors welcomes anybody who feels passionately about how we keep inclusivity at the heart of our conversations and our actions. We’ve been involved in all sorts of activities, such as learning about Ramadan from Muslim colleagues, and hearing from the first transgender soldier on the front line.
We’ve also celebrated Zero Discrimination Day and Pride Month; produced guides to educate and inform others about Sikhism, Gender Equality, LGBT+ Terminology and more; and even launched a dedicated JustBe book club.
Our ambassadors meet regularly and bring a wide range of events and initiatives to life, including raising awareness on our Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives and JustBe Ally’s programme with colleagues across CCEP.
