Our Supply Chain Planning teams look beyond individual countries or sites, playing an integral role in shaping and optimising our business plans for the future. They plan, prepare and make decisions across the whole business, looking ahead from the next season to the next decade.

These roles are about thinking strategically, joining the dots and helping our markets succeed.

Our Sofia office
Our Supply Chain Planning team is based in Garitage Park, Sofia, with convenient access to major roads, transport links across the city and nearby Vitosha Mountain Park.

Mid-Term Planning

This function plays a central role in our Supply Chain, ensuring our networks and plans are ready to deliver what we expect to sell.

Looking a few months to a couple of years ahead, the team makes sure we have the right production capacity, costs and suppliers in place. They identify potential bottlenecks and adjust plans where needed, turning demand into realistic, optimised supply plans and giving our markets time to act before issues become urgent.

Strategic Planning

Our Strategic Planning team helps shape the supply chain of the future, looking several years ahead to anticipate where the business is heading.

Working closely with senior leaders, the team helps make big decisions about where we produce, whether we need new plants or production lines, how we meet our sustainability goals and how we build a more resilient supply chain as the world changes.

These roles combine strategic thinking with analytical skills to help shape the future of our business.

Sales & Operations Planning

Our Sales & Operations Planning team brings different parts of the business together to agree on what we plan to sell, what we can deliver and what that means financially.

Looking several months ahead, the team helps align sales ambitions with supply capabilities, identify risks and trade-offs early and support joined-up decisions across markets and functions.

These roles focus on strategic alignment and decision-making rather than day-to-day operations, with opportunities to work closely with senior leaders.

Meet the team :  Maxime Gibergues

For Maxime, Senior Manager in Transport Performance Analytics & 3PL, Supply Chain Planning is about turning complex data into practical decisions. Based in Sofia, he works with teams across different markets to identify opportunities to improve costs, service and efficiency. From challenging assumptions to sharing ideas across countries, Maxime enjoys the variety of the role and the chance to see analysis lead to real improvements in how the business operates.

What Maxime enjoys most about working in Supply Chain Planning is “seeing analysis lead to a real operational improvement”. Based in Sofia, Maxime is Senior Manager in the Center of Excellence for Transport Performance Analytics & 3PL. He works with teams across CCEP to turn data into practical decisions, finding ways to improve transport costs, service and capacity utilisation.

Maxime was drawn to CCEP by the scale and complexity of its supply chain, the variety of markets and the opportunity to contribute to transformation. Since joining, he's been exploring how different markets operate and where his team can make the biggest difference. “What stands out is the balance between scale and local realities,” he explains. “We can apply common data and approaches across countries, but each market has its own constraints and data context.”

Recently, Maxime and his colleagues reviewed pallet utilisation in Great Britain and identified an opportunity to explore alternative loading methods that could reduce journeys and costs. They're now looking at whether similar opportunities exist in other markets. Collaboration is key to this work, with the team combining data and analysis with colleagues' operational knowledge to challenge assumptions and develop practical solutions. “I have felt particularly valued when colleagues and leaders have trusted me to challenge established assumptions and shape the direction of a project, rather than simply provide analysis.”

Working across markets has also helped Maxime broaden his understanding of the business, take ownership of new challenges and learn from experienced colleagues. His advice to anyone considering a career in Supply Chain Planning is to stay curious, build relationships and take time to understand how things work. As he puts it, “strong analysis matters, but so do practical judgement and collaboration.”
