Our people don’t just make, move and sell the world’s most loved brands — they also inspire us to support their favourite charities. Here’s how it works: Employees nominate charities that are close to their heart, and tell us why they are passionate about the cause. All nominations are considered and the final shortlist goes to an employee vote, with the winners getting £10k and the runners-up getting £2.5k donations.
The most recent winners were:
SPACE, the charity for neurodiverse children and their families in Hertfordshire. Read more about this here.
Nottingham Canal & River Trust, which aims to transform their local canal or river, enabling them to create a space that can be appreciated and enjoyed by all ages.
The most recent runners-up were:
Homeless Project Scotland, which provides 4500 meals for homeless people across Glasgow and surrounding areas each week. Read more about this here.
Trees for Cities, which has a mission to improve lives by planting trees in cities.
"I’ve worked closely with the team at Homeless Project Scotland for a number of years and seen first-hand the amazing work they do with some of the most vulnerable people in the city.” — Gary McNair, Process Technician
